Our mission is to offer an exploratory and nurturing learning environment for children to grow, learn and play while building confidence, self-awareness and skills that will foster a love for learning.

Head of the Class Learning Academy, Inc was founded in 2010 by CEO Natasha Pinkney. Natasha has served in early education for 20 years. She wanted to develop a place where children can explore, learn and develop. She believed quality childcare should be affordable and accessible for families. For over 10 years Head of the Class has been apart of the Lithonia community serving hundreds of children and families. Head of the Class has been accredited through the state of Georgia as a Quality Rated program.

Information and Programs:

Head of the Class serves children ages infant- 12 years. Our hours of operation are 6 am-6:30 pm. We offer the following programs:

Full-Day programs for children ages infant-5 years

Before and After care programs for school age children

Transportation services for before and after care for the following schools:

• Redan
• Shadow Rock
• Panola Way
• Stoneview
• Marbut

Georgia Pre K  (must me 4 by Sept 1^st) This program is an 8-2:30 pm program that is free

Summer Camp programs

Hours of Operation:

6 am – 6:30 pm M-F (Excludes Major Holidays)

Teachers & Faculty:

Our teachers are experienced and passionate about children. Head of the Class teachers and staff are trained and are constantly learning ways to create an environment for fun and learning. All teachers have an ECE credential, CPR certified and are required to complete 20 hours of continuing education annually.
